Supports Marketing team specifically in areas of trade show and sponsorship logistics, event planning and other activities as directed by Marketing leadership.
Provide support for trade shows (approximately 40 shows per year):
Facilitate sponsorship process:
Facilitate event planning to include:
Ongoing database maintenance and administrative support including:
Bachelors degree with a focus in Marketing.
Previous trade show coordination or event planning experience.
Effective project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, strong administration and organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Experience working with database or list maintenance required, Salesforce.com experience a plus.
