The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for oversight and implementation of the human resources function for an assigned business line and/or geographical area. The HR Manager will act as a business partner on driving performance, organizational development, ensuring communication, and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. The incumbent will serve as an employee advocate, manage employee relations and communications, and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and corporate requirements within the function.
