    Job Description



    The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for oversight and implementation of the human resources function for an assigned business line and/or geographical area. The HR Manager will act as a business partner on driving performance, organizational development, ensuring communication, and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. The incumbent will serve as an employee advocate, manage employee relations and communications, and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and corporate requirements within the function.




    1. Contribute to the business objectives by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Act as a liaison between the operations and HR to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business and identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.
    2. Provide expert advice and coaching where appropriate. Ensure that strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization. Identify and resolve employee issues through regular contact with all employees.
    3. Assist the business leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure current and future performance standards are met. Champion the Performance management process and ensure timely, accurate and fair assessments of employee performance are conducted per the corporate guidelines.
    4. Support managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business objectives.
    5. Drive Employee Engagement process, including planning and executing the action items and engagement activities for the location.
    6. Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Participate in corporate HR project teams and programs and coordinate community involvement.
    7. Responsible for facilitating long-term initiatives aligned with the business agenda.
    8. Ensure consistent application of all corporate policies and/or practices.
    9. Conduct investigations of potential violations of company policies.
    10. Communicate HR programs and policies to staff and address all related questions.
    11. Other duties as assigned.

    • 5-8 years of HR generalist experience  
    • Bachelor degree (HR Management preferred)
    • Certification in HR preferred
    • Ability to travel as needed 20-30%
