    Job Description

    MedData has an excellent career opportunity available as a Training Lead for our Workers Compensation group in Draper, UT. This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 



    This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering a training program within the department.



    • First contact for all new hire training
    • Establishing New hire training checklist and binders
    • Develop and maintain training schedule
    • Overseeing new hires with LMS training completions
    • Eligibility Verification Training to include a class room setting to teach skills, set up homework to ensure skill was retained, audit all work before trainee submits into Mpower and hospital systems, and patient and payer phone training
    • Ongoing auditing and cross training for new hires probationary period



    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred
    • Exemplary accuracy and understanding of OOS processes
    • Ability to work independently on assignments
    • Background in education/teaching preferred
    • Knowledge of and compliance with State and Federal regulations that govern collection practices, such as HIPAA and FDCPA
    • Effective presentation and coaching skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Critical thinking and strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
