The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivery of day-to-day human resources services in support of MedData’s goals, mission, values, and vision. The HR Generalist will work under the Sr. Director of HR Operations and partners with HR leadership, all departments within HR and organizational leaders to develop and deliver sound business solutions for anticipated, existing, and new business challenges.
The Generalist possesses an overall understanding of HR policies and practices and works collaboratively with assigned business units to support the direction of MedData. The purpose of this position is to manage all activities of the Human Resources functions including but not limited to: employment processing, compensation, policies and procedures administration, employee relations and retention, completing personnel transactions, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
In addition to the qualifications and experience listed below, the candidate will have a team player attitude, the ability to be diplomatic, and superb communication skills. Being able to convey difficult and challenging information to managers while meeting constant deadlines is a key attribute.
